Returns/Exchanges are a seamless process and we are here to assist. We have made the process super easy to ensure that you can return or exchange your product without a hassle. If you are unhappy with your frame within 7 days of receiving your package, please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a shipping label for your frames. Please note that the frames should be sent back in their original packaging, with the box that they were received in. Package must be sent within 48 hours from receipt of return label.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Frames that have been tampered with or worn will not be eligible for a return and will be returned back with return shipping charged to original form of payment.
Frames purchased as final sale or as part of a promotional deal/discount code are not eligible for returns/exchanges. The sole is exception is welcome code BD10 which is eligible for full refund.
Exchanged frames are considered final sale and are no longer eligible for return.
All International sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.
After an order has been delivered to the address entered at the time of order, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
