1. When will my frames arrive?
We offer free domestic shipping (Contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.) via UPS, Fedex, or DHL (depending on location) ground to ensure that you receive your products within 3-5 business days. At checkout, there will be multiple options available to select expedited shipping services at the lowest rate available to your intended destination. 2. Can I purchase prescription frames?
Most of our frames, unless otherwise stated, are prescription-friendly. Simply bring your frames directly to your chosen optician to have prescription lenses installed into your new frames. Stay tuned, as we plan to have some fun with optics soon!
3. How can I process my return?
Please send an email to our team within 7 days of receiving your frames at email@example.com and we can help process the return from there.
4. Can you help me properly size my glasses?

5. Do Bold Dots frames come with a warranty?
We provide a limited warranty against any manufacturer defects within one year of purchase. The warranty encompasses quality-related issues and does NOT concern standard wear-and-tear, scratched lenses, or other caused damages.
TBH, we totally get shit happens so email us with any concerns (frames broke, lost in the ocean, dog ate them, aliens, etc.) and we can work to get you in new frames ASAP.
6. How are pre-orders processed?
We get excited about certain releases so much that we will occasionally put some hyped colors available for purchase for pre-release! Payments are processed immediately, effectively reserving your product especially for you. We will ship all pre-order products as soon as they become available and pass our internal quality check.
7. Can I turn my sunglasses into prescription glasses?
Yes, you can! Simply take your Bold Dots frames to any local optician and they will be able to assist you with creating a pair of lenses suited directly to your needs. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please reach out to email@example.com.
8. How often should I care for my frames?
Our frames are built to last. Nevertheless, we suggest to do everything you can to keep them in pristine condition. Please visit a local optics shops every 6-8 months for any adjustments, screw tightening, and other servicing to ensure that your frames look and feel their best.
9. I received my frame as a gift, can I return them?
We offer complimentary exchanges/store credit for all gift purchases. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product information and the name of the purchaser or order number.
10. Are Bold Dots frames unisex?
Hell yeah they are.
